Exercise daily to remain fit and smart

Types of Exercises

We need to exercise daily to remain fit and smart.  We do exercise to keep ourselves healthy and free from diseases. Exercises are of four types;


                                                                     1. Aerobic exercise

2. Strength exercise

3. Flexibility exercise

Flexibility excercise

4. Balance exercise

Balance exercise


WALKING 

Start with walking as this the best exercise for the beginner. As you start walking your body muscle will start moving and your body weight will reduce. Walk at least 30 minutes in a day to remain fit and strong.

There are many benefits of exercise few are given below:
  • Exercise has an immediate effect on your brain as it increases our focus.
  • A single workout can improve our reaction time to any situation
  • The volume of attention increases with the long-term exercises.
  • Exercise stimulates our body temperature.
  • It helps in maintaining a good figure.
