How to get a perfect figure?
Weight is the major issue among all the women. Just a few of them want to gain while others want to lose weight by hook or by crook. The first step in losing weight is you need to be organized, plan every activity, make a schedule of your day.
There are two types of people; one who wants to lose weight early at any cost without giving priority to their health and second who want to have good health by losing weight. So, the choice is yours which option you want to take or what type of approach you have towards life.
I read the book written by Ritu Diwekar "Don't Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight", in this book, she explained the concept of a healthy diet and losing weight. How one can lose weight by remaining healthy.
Ladies go for crash dieting and end up losing 5 kgs, but gradually they start feeling lethargic, moody etc. due to lack of nutrition.
There are many ways of losing weight and maintaining good health:
1. Learn Yoga and start practicing at home.
2. One can follow an app, one is personally used by me is "healthifyme", it is a great app as it has a feature of calculating the daily calories we intake.
3. Grab the facility of Open Gyms given by Delhi Govt.
4. Drink more water, whenever you will hungry drink a glass of water. This will help you in controlling your weight.
5. Eat more fruits and salad. Before any meal, you can have a plate of salad, this will help you in taking less of carbohydrates.
6. Maintain a diet plan and check the calories.
